They've moved.

 

Go to VIP section, scroll down to 'Rewards For You' then scroll across to 'Your Vue Tickets for June'.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Open the my sky  app go to the vip section open  it go to rewards for you  and swipe along  the June  cinema  tickets  are there

Vue tickets

I've been using the free Vue tickets for months but now they are not showing. Have Sky stopped the deal?

Did you read the thread you've posted on?  The answer is here, i.e. they've moved.

I've moved your post into a thread discussing the changes for this offer.


So the app has recently been updated so they have been moved. You need to scroll down to "Rewards for you" then scroll to the left and they are the 4th or 5th tile along.

Vue tickets missing from rewards screen

I am a platinum sky member and usually get two free Vue tickets a month, on the rewards screen the Vue tickets section is not displayed. I have reinstalled 3 times and it is still missing, Sky helpline does not understand

Is your app up to date, if so then go to the VIP section then under "Rewards for you" scroll left/right to see the tile.

I thank you for trying to help but after reinstalling several times the Vue tickets are not part of the rewards being offered when scrolling through, a family member has shown me a screen shot of their rewards and they have it
