In the VIP section scroll down to "Rewards for you" and then scroll the tiles to the left to see the Cinema tickets tile.

I cannot access my Vue cinema tickets for June, I have logged out of my VIP account three times and logged back in but still no tickets showing.

In the app from the homepage click on VIP at the bottom right, scroll down to the "Rewards for you" section then scroll to the left until you see the tickets tile.

Hi. I have SKy VIP and subscribe to Sky Cinema. I was looking for free Vue Cinema tickets and was directed to the Sky app. There is no mention of them on there so I uninstalled it and reopened. There is still no tab to click for Cinema tickets. Is this offer still available? Thanks

I have cinema and looking to download my free vue tickets but they aren't showing . I have never had an issue before .

@sarge53 They haven't dumped them, they have just moved them and not made it easy to find them. Try this:

Open the My Sky app and click on the VIP tab. The star icon will turn solid blue

Then scroll down to the Rewards For You section.

Put your finger on the first tile and swipe left. The tickets will be the fourth or fifth tile along:
