Sky vie cinema tickets

I cannot access my sky vie cinema tickets, the option appears on my app when opened for every other reward , I have Sky Cinema , but no option to access Vie Cinema codes  ???  I have followed all steps on the forum / deleted app and started again, yet still no Vue Conema ticket option???

what next !!!

I've moved your post into a thread discussing the changes for this offer.

So the app has recently been updated so click on the V.I.P. tab. You need to scroll down to "Rewards for you" then scroll to the left and they are the 4th or 5th tile along

Planning to go to the Vue cinema this week with this months free ticket allocation. However, there is nowhere within the Sky app that I can request the two tickets. This has not happened before.

I have reinstalled the MySky app as recommended in FAQ's, but the free cinema tickets request section is still not appearing within the VIP area.

Any suggestions?

Have  you seen the post above yours with the images that explains how to locate the trickets since the app update ?

Yes.. I saw the post, followed all the steps,  etc etc and nothing for VUE Cinema tickets appears ( as it usually does ). Literally evrry other offer sppears on Sky VIP Rewards appears, except the VUE Cinema free tickets???!

So you have scrolled down to the rewards for you section and scrolled the tiles to the left or right ?

I know you said you installed the app again but have you checked that there are no updates for it ?

Scrolled every single way up/down- left / left right , checked that I'm subscribed ( I am ) re-installed app ( 3 times now ) still no Vue

@C+Aston I saw someone the other day say the same but it turned out they were still scrolling on the initial page of the My Sky app's Rewards For You section and not the dedicated VIP tab.

You need to be in the VIP tab - selected in the bottom right. Once chosen the star icon will turn solid blue, as highlighted below:

 

You then scroll down to the Rewards For You section and press and hold on the first tile (might be the Broadband offer as seen above) and scroll to the left. The Vue tickets will be the fourth or fifth tile along. 

It seems really odd that every other Vue customer has found them by following the instructions exactly except you, so it may be you need to call Sky to ask for their advice and explain what instructions you have been given that haven't worked.

I receive these tickets every month but no sign this month. I have done all the usual searches and checks as recommended by the on line chat.  Any ideas please
