Can you advise where are my vouchers .

We are customers but can try to help so are these vouchers you were promised when you signed up and if so how did you join Sky was it via a comparison website ?

We signed up from a friend who works for sky and then at sky desk at white rose shopping centre Leeds

So you signed up via the refer a friend option and you only used their link so when you went to this shopping centre did they place the order for you and if so did they use the web link your friend sent you ?

I've no idea but we was promised the vouchers ever way . Has I I made a bee line for this . This made me make my decision to move from virgin

If you failed to use the referal link from your friend then you might not see these vouchers but as Sky have sent you a chat invite hopefully they can look into it for you.
