I have gone on my app and can't see a link for my free cinema tickets, I have re installed and they are still not there. thanks

This solution did not work for me.
The app is behaving like I need to upgrade to Sky TV + Cinema to claim the tickets. I already have Sky TV+Cinema.
No sections of the app have the tile to claim the free cinema tickets, I have reinstalled the app several times.

Same here! It's rather frustrating. Can't seem to find a phone number to call Sky on either!

On to sky now they know the issue. Said to keep trying throughout day - not great when last day to claim tickets

I have the full sky cinema package but no free vue cinema tixkets option to click on on my app i havvebt wven got the option for the june month tickets as still in june ?

I emailed them early this morning and haven't heard back from them. Still not working and not in the app.
