@SammyMax Why don't you just use the one Youtube login across all your devices? This would be the most logical option.
Other than that I'm not sure what you expect Sky to do as it's not their responsibility to align your youtube account across devices, that's for you to do.
Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
