Unexpected charge

My sky contract ended last month and my phone and contract were paid off. I switched my number using a pac code which to my understanding should have cancelled my sim with sky, but I have been charged £13 for it, how can I be charged for a number I no longer have with you? Can I claim this back. I moved my number before the end of my last billing period so there should have been no charges for the following month.

This might have happened if the bill for the sim had already been created before you moved your number elsewhere as the bill itself would have been generated 14 days earlier so do you now see a credit on it for the £13 because if you do you can call or use social media to get in touch with Sky about refunding this back to you.
