Ongoing charges

I was out of contract with Sky, and made the move to Virgin, who did the cancellation with Sky and had an email clarifying  I was leaving on the 18th July.  I paid a full months bill after the cancellation and then another part month and this month ky are trying to take another £77 off me.  Why is this ?

@JoRose

One Switch is only for broadband. £77 sounds like it's for a TV subscription so that won't have cancelled.,

Hi @JoRose   Virgin cannot cancel your TV. It is perfectly normal for people with Virgin broadband to also have Sky TV.

@JoRose
Virgin cannot cancel your Sky TV package on your behalf. You need to contact Sky to cancel the TV side of things giving the usual 31 days notice.
