Understanding my bill

Hi

 

I'm trying to understand my bill


I thought Netflix was included in the ultimate TV pack pack ? therefore am I paying for Netflix twice ? 

 

Current packages I'm paying for 

Sky Signature

Ultimate TV Pack  

Boost to Netflix Standard

@anita+db  if Netflix are still charging you separately then you need to link your account to sky

hi @anita+db 

 

the Ultimate Tv Pack is the base Netflix subscription (i.e with Ads level )

the Boost to Standard is, as it says a 'boost' to uplift  the base to standard level  (i.e. no ads)

 

If you were paying Netflix direct the cost would be the  combined price (& IIRC about £1 dearer)
