Struggling to pay

Hello I'm struggling to pay as there was never a date set up from yourself I don't get payed untill the 28th we're i will be able to pay all outstanding balance i need my Internet for work purposes please can this be put on file i did call up to talk about this situation thank you sorry for any inconvenience

You are only talking to other customers on here and not Sky.

 

A date on which you pay you bill will have been set either by you or Sky so if you do not know what it is then have a look at your Sky bill via the MySky app or online here:

 

https://www.sky.com/bill/tv-broadband-talk

 

If your bill is paid automatically by by a direct debit and this fails then Sky will try again in 10 days time so there is no need to make a manual payment during these 10 days. If you by a card and Sky can not take it then your services might be restricted until you do pay the bill in full and setup your payment method again.
