I have left Sky in 2020 Aug and I am currently not able to place an order for Broadband as new customer It considers me still an existing customer. Is there any one who also have experienced similar ?
Basically when i put in postcode and house number, it does not allow me to go forward to purchase the broadband, Any thoughts on how i can purchase online the broad band service.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Raghumk Are you using your original Sky ID login? If so, as you left Sky and then returned after being away for a year or then your account will have been closed, so you will need to set up a new Sky ID.
If you want to use the same email address then you need to first remove it from the old account first as this will then free it up allowing it to be used when setting your new ID up. You can do this by logging into the old account here:
https://www.sky.com/myaccount/my-details
Then delete the email address by providing another one and logout of this account, this will then free it up to use when setting up your new Sky ID:

No it does not allow me. It knows that i already had broadband on the address and it says we already found and account and asks me to login. Once i login it keeps looping and tells to call the call centre number.
I am with nowtv broadband may be, because of this it still has kept my account active

That could certainly be possible, perhaps the Sky online ordering system can differentiate between Sky Boradband and NOW Broadband.
Interesting the inverse works fine, a couple of months ago i took advantage of a new customer offer for NOW broadbadn so switched from Sky to NOW and the NOW website processed the order with no issues.
