I am trying to create a new sky id but when I press the button to create the sky id I just get access denied.

Logging out of what? I don't have a sky ID yet, I am trying to set one up for the first time.

Try clearing all your Sky cookies and also make sure you are not logged into here.

Find out moreTo see if they can help you with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. To start the conversation just type in it.
