In contact change

Hi all hope some can help in December I ordered sky q and when the engineer came out to install there was a problem 

We live in the granny flat and I have been with sky for over 20 years 

And when my son moved in we had multi room boxes and after about 4 years he wanted sky q so he had his own account set up

And I stayed with sky +

So when the engineer came out he said can't have 2 sky q on same ip address and when I phoned sky up they said that you can't have 2 sky accounts at same address 

So in April I cancelled sky and they said that I was still in contact from ordering skyq but I said it was not installed so how can I be in contact when it was not installed 

They are saying that I was in contact but I did not get skyq and after phone call when they say a manager will call you back on 2 times and they don't but pass my details onto a debt collection then I get a call from them

What more can I do

What did you do after contacting Sky in April? There must have been further activity in the 6 months since then.
