Unable to make account

I am trying to create a new sky id but when I press the button to create the sky id I just get access denied.

Have you tried logging out then setting up the new ID ?

Logging out of what? I don't have a sky ID yet, I am trying to set one up for the first time.

Sorry I misread your post, I wrongly thought you had a Sky ID and were trying to setup another one.

 

Try clearing all your Sky cookies and also make sure you are not logged into here.

To see if they can help you with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. To start the conversation just type in it.

This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

My issue was resolved in the private chat by being provided to number for the new sales team. However I didn't write the number down since I assumed I could just go back to the chat log later. The chat appears to have dissapeared now though. Please could you provide me with the number?
