Unable to link my sky if to my mobile account

I have just entered a mobile contract with sky but whevever I try to link my id to my mobile account it's say to post code, last name and didgets on card do not match and they are correct, so I can access's any of my phone or contract information.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.
