Hello,
I have been a sky account member for a number of years but for the last year I have only got a sky mobile on my account. I signed up for sky Q again and set up an account under a different email address but want to link them both. Obviously I want to link it to my original one as I have sky VIP etc. I have inputted my bank account 6 digits and postcode but keeps saying it can't be done.

Your Sky mobile account can only be linked to the account being used for Sky Q so is this what you are trying to do and if so what does the message say when you are trying to link it ?

I am getting the following message. However I have just noticed my sky mobile account has my old address on it and my new sky q account has my current (new) address on it.
