Unable to access My Account.

After I sign in with my email and password I am asked for my postcode. After I fill in my postcode I am asked about my Glass details, but I have no Glass TV.

This happens on my PC and my mobile phone.

How can I sign in?

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at this bottom of this page.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. To start the conversation just type in it.

This isn't a live chat so replies may not be instant.

The Sky assistant helped me solve my problem.

Can't wait to my contact is up that's for sure never seen ones online in all the months i have been with sky but they quick enough to take the money out of my bank account every month

What is happening when you try to access your online account, if there is an error message what is it saying ?
