Charged for not returning product

Hi 

I've been charged for not returning my old internet router but I wasn't provided with a returns box so I've recycled the product

@L85ker If have disposed of the router then you have been correctly charged, you could have used any packaging to return it or called Sky to chase up their returns box or bag.
