Trying to pay bill

Hello, I've been trying to pay my sky mobile bill after a fraud claim on my bank account required a new card, I've received a couple of emails telling me to pay my bill.

Unfortunately your app doesn't let me pay as it requires a sky id to be assigned and it wont recognise the details I used. 

Your live chat has been offline for 2 weeks

Your phone lines are so bad I can't understand the people they connect me to. 

It feels like you want want my money because youve made it impossible to pay you.

Please give me some clue as to how I can pay you, as this is getting beyond a joke.

Sorry @Nummux but you ared not talking to Sky on here as this is where customers help each other.

 

150 is the number to call Sky on if you are unable to login to the account you already have to do this so you will just have to try it via this way.

Im not on a sky mobile plan. I have to use a different number and the phone line is unusable. I've tried and just get stuck on hold and they never come back. Sick of this, what's the point of this if sky employees aren't solving peoples problems. 

Threatening emails about debt recovery and its their fault I can't pay.

@Nummux   When my Debit card was compromised, my bank made my new card details available in the banking App within 24 hours, so I could still pay for things on-line immediately. Have you checked your banking App?

If Sky are threatening debt recovery, this must have been outstanding for a considerable time. Have you not been in touch with them before about it?

My bank do the same in fact if I remember last year when my cards were compromised and I reported it using my banking  app, within minutes of me doing it not only had I received a email telling they were processing my new physical cards but my new cards were actually available on there app with all the detail's so I could up date any continues payments  and for me to place in my iPhone wallet and start using there  if I needed to.
