Over payment

I did not pay last months bill due to it been Christmas so this month January I paid my accounts up to date on the day before my actual direct debits was due now I've paid twice and sky are saying I've not paid up and still is money out standing I've been with sky 7 years and only on very rare circumstances have I been late making a payment I've tried disputing this and they have and answer for everything telling me next months bill is paid in full something I didn't want to do and as now left me financially messed up from the rest the month I am totally disappointed with sky at not resolving this issue with me and are seriously think of paying of my balance and taking my custom else we're

If you have a direct debit on your account then you do not have to make manual payments so have you checked that the payments you manually made have gone onto your account as a credit instead of paying the bill ?

The actions you've taken are responsible for you finding yourself in this situation. It's not Skys fault that you have missed a payment or made unnecessary manual payments. You can't not pay bills just because it's Christmas.
