I just want to talk to a humun, i DONT, YES i don't want to press A, B, or C, I don't want to press 1, 2 ,3 

I just want to talk to a humun, do any humuns work for sKy or is it just martians.

 

Please can a real humum from earth or England UK ring me.

@ShaneWadey automated call handling systems can be annoying, I know, and not just Sky's. Unfortunately they're a fact of modern life.

 

Try remaining silent when it asks you why you're calling and you should eventually be put through to an (human) adviser.

yes also very annoying is when i am tring to sort out my SKY account and i am specking to a pakastani or indan

that i can not understand, I don't know if you know, we are in England UK and I speak English.

 

so is it best i cancelled my account, TV, Phones, Interest, and go else where, 

mind you i see people are advertizing new device that make it all free?

9 month ago i try cancelling my mini box, as i have not used it, and your call center was not interested in what I wanted, all he was interested in was get me to sigh up to a new sky TV, so that cost me another £90 for something i haven't use WHY because the man could not speak English.

Then I phone to sort out my mobile phones deal, only again got no joy so ill be moving over to Tesco's, at least they answer the phone.

now we are moving in to a recession lots of people will start cancelling they accounts, being a bussines man, I think you need to look after long tern customs

@ShaneWadey what are you talking about? On this forum we are all in the UK ( or Ireland), seeing how we are all customers of Sky UK/ROI.

Perhaps note that any advertising you see online for devices (typically 'aerials') which claim to permit access to subscription television without paying is simply a scam: such hardware does not and cannot work.
