Totally rubbish service on a new install. Leaving sky ASAP

Sky is complete and utter rubbish. I have bought a new phone, installed a fibre connection and paid For WiFi max. No wifi outside my dining room yet sky refuse to send a booster. Worst technical support I have ever experienced. The central reason I went with sky fibre is to get the WiFi guarantee. They say they can't click on the option on their software. (Removed) what is the world coming to?  I am leaving as soon as I can. Don't waste your time folks!
