Returning customer

I previously had Sky Stream but returned it as my wife couldnt get on with it. I have now decided to get Stream again & i signed up for 24 month contract. Everthing is working fine but i cannot find myself on the app. Everything that is on relates to my old contract & messages about returning product. I cannot find any way of getting rid of my old ID & putting my new customer number in. Also i cannot access anything on Sky Go.

If you have returned as a new customer then your old account will have been closed so you will need to setup a new one using a different email address to access your services. If you do want to use the same email address it needs to be removed from the old account first.
