Tnt price increae

Hi

how are sky able to increase the price of TNT Sport on 1st April  when it is going to be part of HBO Max before that date. It will be a HBO plan not sky.  Sign up to an HBO plan on 26th March then Sky increase the price.
that's seams to be a complete rip off by sky.

@SMcNaught Because the linear tv channels themselves that you pay for and  access via the sky epg system aren't going anywhere

its only the on demand access that is moving from discovery plus to hbo max and if you are paying sky your access will transfer over automatically at no extra cost

my setup: Samsung 5 series 32inc tv | sky +hd box | variety, SKY & TNT sports, sky cinema | Netflix and prime video

If you got TNT sport on Sky  at present you get extra coverage on the Discovery plus app   , however from 26 March this extra coverage will transfer  the HB0 max app that all will be onlychange as far TNT sport is concerned . Though the basic entertainment with ads HBO max package will be free on Sky  from 26 March, you will still need a TNT subscription to watch sport on HBO max app. If you  cancel your TNT sport subscription though Sky  you will lose the linner channels on Sky but you can subscribe to HBO max direct  to watch TNT sport though the app, however that subscription is £32 month only a couple of pounds less than the Sky subscption  but for that extra  couple of pounds you do get linner channels  and able to watch on the sky go app
