Goodbye Sky
The wording of the recent price increase email was the final straw. I'd now pay 25% more than any new customer whilst on a supposed introductory discount. Goodbye and good riddance.

Re: Goodbye Sky
As has been mentioned on here many times new customers are offered good discounts as an incentive to join. Most companies do this now. You probably took advantage of such a new customer deal when you first joined.
If you can't reach an acceptable price for renewing then move to an alternative provider, but in 18/24 months you'll be in the same position with them, and will be able to rejoin Sky if you wish and take up any new customer deals available at that time.
