Terrible Service by Sky

Looked to cancel my contract early as ive had nothing but problems with my install, wi-fi drops lots, constant low signal in some rooms even with boosters, tv boxes freezing and stuttering, had to send two back as just didnt work, as a apology they offered me sky kids for free for 3 months and added to account without my consent , then after period run out charged me for it and yet im still expected to pay over 300 pounds to cancel a service that doesnt work as advertised

If you are moving to another ISP then you could use the one touch switching system which is explained in this link

If not then you need to contact Sky and give them 14 days notice to cancel it, so you can either call or use the messaging service to do this.

already done that , hence the complaints about the cost even though the service is not what is advertised

Probably important to note that the 'Enhanced Wall to Wall WiFi Guarantee' isn't actually a guarantee of wireless coverage: what's 'guaranteed' is a small refund if the stated level of service isn't delivered.
