Link to activate Netflix not working

Everytime I try to activate my Netflix through the link it comes up with a technical error message, this has been happening everytime I try for the past few days and is beginning to get quite frustrating 😭

Make sure your details are filled out here including your surname:

Then try linking your Sky ID to your account, help on doing this can be found here:

Yeah all my details are there and I have a sky ID.

It's just the link to activate the Netflix comes back with an error. The link is:

https://www.sky.com/shop/netflix/activate

When trying to use Netflix on the TV I can't access anything either.

Do you have the Ultimate TV package on your account, if you do then you will have to call Sky to ask them to update it for you.
