Missed phone call
I missed a few phone calls from yourselves, I recently picked up but I lost service

Not from us. You haven’t contacted Sky by posting on here. This is a customer ▶️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other customers.
Either wait for Sky to call back (if it really is Sky ) or initiate a call to Sky yourself.
