I paid the rest of my bill on Sunday and by Monday morning sky took another payment why

Because the payment would have already been requested by Sky for the full bill.

 



there is no need to pay manually, unless Sky have asked you to due to a failure in your scheduled payment. Manual payments won't go towards the current bill, they will just add credit onto your account for the following month's bill.

Because the automatic payment was already requested prior to Sunday.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
