I have paid the bill but it's still sat my account is suspended

If you've just paid then your account should be restored on Monday or Tuesday when the payment clears.

 

Did you also set up a recurring payment method?  If you were very late in paying then you may need to make next month's payment in advance too.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
