Switching
Hi all
Have been trying to claim my switching credit back for over a week.
I just keep getting emails asking for final bill and bank statement.
I've sent these 4 times now still no joy just another email asking for same information.
Is this a delaying action by sky hoping people will get fed up and not bother with the credit

If they keep asking you then did you provide them with a copy of a bill where you had been charged an early termination fee along with a copy of a statement showing that you had paid it.

Yes have sent the final bill 3 times showing cancelled contract charges. I guess that this is not dealt with in this country as all replies comes early hrs of the morning

and the copy credit card or bank statement showing you have paid the final bill?
