I was contacted to change over to sky from Now TV as they are now one and someone came out and installed Sky. I am still being charged for Now TV also, why.
It might be that the Now bill has already been created before you changed over to Sky so either way you will need to contact Now about this as they would owe you a refund on what you have overpaid.
