i made an agreement with sky in febuary 2026 ithreatenen to leave unless my bill was reduced. To cut along story short my bill was reduced to £70 per month partly because, as a Sky rep said ihad been with sky for 27 yrs so  my bill was redused to £70 fine so I stayed with sky paid 70 last month now sky cut services saying i am  in arrears which im not have paid today 62  to make up to the difference from last month dont know why because as arrears, £70 was what i was told so whats going on

@trainman34b what does your bill shiw you? Have you made a manual payment?

If you made a manual payment when there was no need to there is a chance it did not pay the bill but instead went onto your account as a credit so is this what has happened and do you see a credit on it ?
