Sky new contract

Set up new contract. Paackage with broadband, sky sports and cinima for £45.00. Now been charged £65. rang and manager has listened to phone call and agreed I was correct and sales man agreed £45 for whole package. Manage says cannot do it at this price and will be now £63 which his best offer with £100 good will gesture.

 

Where do we stand with this.

Lodge a formal complaint and take the matter to Ombudsman services.  (Time consuming but only you can decide whether it's worth it versus the £100 credit)

 

Submit a Subject Access Request for the copy of the voice recordings.

If you are new to Sky then your first two bills might be higher as they usually cover a longer period than the usual 4 weeks so have you looked into this and also looked at what you are going to be charged on your future bills:

Yes £45 for sky package and then £20 for broadband. Manager has brought this down to £63 but it has been agreed that the whole package and broadband on the phone was £45. He has listened to the call and agreed I was correct but still wont give me it at the agreed price.
