Sky mobile price increase

I received a sky email the other day saying my bill will be increasing by £3. After watching the Martin Lewis show tonight, he mentioned after receiving this notification, I have 30 days to exercise terminating my contract with no fees if I don't agree to the new price, is that right?

also, do sky keep copies of their emails sent to customers as I've misplaced the email 😫
