Sky glass

All of a sudden im being asked to pay £525.87 for my sky glass tv, I think this is a bit crazy.

@Stephen701  Did you buy it on finance? What makes you believe that sky are wrong and you don't owe the money

Because I only paid for tv and braodband and now its saying I have streaming and talk which I didn't ask for

@Stephen701  Which sky tv service did you order sky Q sky glass or sky stream 

 

as you have said you ordered tv and broadband so must have one of the above hardware

In that case you have agreed to purchase a Glass TV either on finance or in full upfront.  If you failed a credit check the cost would be upfront for the TV.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

And did you buy glass on finance or paid in full at point of sale 

 

if you are still within the 31 day cooling off period you can call sky cancel glass and return to Q
