@Tatianasurdu It will show the reason on your bill, take a look at it, and also compare a previous one as well!

If you have been a customer for a while then an increase like that suggest a discount you had on your account has ended.
If you are new to Sky then your first bills cover a long period that the usual 4 weeks as per this:
