Disgusting service
I phoned a few days ago to make a new contract as I have been getting overcharged, I came to a price and a deal. The phone hung up there was no attempt to phone me back and Sky were attempting to charge me for my old contract I phoned and spoke to someone who kept offering me much more expensive deals, I then demand a manager in which she transfers me through to another department, which doesn't make sense, the time is 7:55pm as I'm speaking to this person I say the last person must've passed me through to you as she finishes at 8pm then this colleague said she also finished at 8pm, 2 minutes later she hangs up on and look wow the department is closed now! Absolute joke of a service, no managers no help just a stupid service full of clueless individuals. I am raging at this rubbish service as our household has been a customer for 20 years!!!!!
do you guys not log deals and phone calls, I am not one for receiving compensation but the way I have been treated sky better have something better to offer me absolute joke

Sorry @Nasim98 but we are just customers here and not Sky support so "us guys" on here do not do offers.
You were not being overcharged because is a minimum term on a contract has expired then the discount you had would have finished as well hence the price rise. Sky do not have to offer you, me or anyone else a discount so if you get nowhere then you might want to think about leaving and going elsewhere.

You aren’t contacting Sky here. This is a customer ▶️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other customers.
I'm not sure what Skys policy is with calls at the end of the working day.
