Sky equipment and refunds

Hello, 

 

For some reason I can't actually find a way to contact Sky on their website which is driving me mad. It just keeps sending me to "help"pages and I go around in circles. 

 

I got another text from Sky warning me I was going to be charged for not returning equipment. The thing is I have already sent the equipment back, I have proof of postage and the tracking said it was delivered back on 24th March. When I log in to My Sky it still says it's in transit. Judging by the amount of posts on here I imagine Sky are going to automatically charge me when though I've returned it. 

 

To top it off I'm still waiting Sky to refund me as they charged me a full month's broadband in advance but we switched early on in the month. There's no communication about this and I can't see anything in writing on My Sky. 

 

How can I solve this?

You can use the Sky Help portal to contact Sky. If you want to speak to somebody, you can click "Need more help?" at the bottom, and within that content you will see a phone number (we can't post phone numbers in this community).

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
This isn't a live chat so replies may not be instant.
