Hello guys,
I'm having issues with my broadband, I'm at work which I am busy
Is there an email address I can contact and dispute my issue to please? I can't phone them so there should be an alternative way

You can sometimes sort issues by running the connection test in the My Sky app which works overcany connection and will tell you iif there is a known issue and can on occasions offer to book an engineer to check your line.
Other wise your choice is to see if online chat is offered when you follow through the contact us option in the online help or call the number given. If you post details of your issue Forum Superusers can escalate your post to a Skyvteam but only after it is clear you need their help.

It is regarding a payment issue, I am in arrears which I wish to pay off a one off and sort out a payment arrangement otherwise they may cancel my services.

If services are restricted they will remaion so until you clear the balance in full

You can make a payment online, described here.
Once that is done, your monthly payments will continue as normal.
Would suggest, once you have made that one off payment and it's cleared, to call Sky and renegotiate your Sky services/products.

I have made payment for this month for what I thought was the right account number
I got an email from a different account number stating I owe
Can I private message someone to escalate this please? I do have the two account numbers
I did pay and wish to resolve this

I did recently pay the monthly amount while still owing, however I thought that was the right account, it seems I have two account numbers
I log in to my other email and I notice for a different account number it is saying money I owe
I'm confused
I do wish to resolve this
What option on the app do I go to please?
