Cannot set up direct debit.

When i try to set up direct debit it shows error page. Tried it for two months - no luck. Is there a way to set up it without calling them? Maybe chat support?

What services from Sky do you have and up to now how have you been paying the bills ?

Broadband 

 

Payment method now: "Pay monthly by debit or credit card". But I want to have direct debit set up

Yes of course I can see my bill there. I pay it every month. That's where I try to change payment method

Do you see the same error both online and via the MySky app, if so then there only way around this is by calling.
