Hi there I checked my sky bill and it's £186 this month when my agreement is around £93. I have all of these extra charges on my account and my tv is £138.50 being charged. It says I'm being charged for a change but I haven't changed my package? Anyone help?

Find out moreIt is difficult for us customers to say for sure what is going on without seeing your previous bill and this latest one so can you post images of these but blank out personal details like your name and account number and any credit agreement numbers if they are there to.

The date of your current bill is missing, but you're paying from 28 January for a month AND for a future period, probably of a month too, hence your total bill is around twice the normal amount.
