My bill is now getting too expensive and I cannot afford to pay that much a month

My bill is now £128 a month and I can not afford to pay that much as more and trying to find a way to reduce this cost.

We don't know what you have in your package but that seem a lot. A discounted deal could have ended. You would have been told the date the discounted deal was ending when you originally took it out. If you haven’t already you should compare a previous bill to your latest bill and see where the amounts differ.
If your discount has ended you will need to contact Sky to try to negotiate a new deal which will require another minimum term contract. Sky are not obliged to offer you another discount but if you’re offered something acceptable you need to agree there and then because if you decide to think about it the offer may no longer be available. (Don’t forget the annual price increase effective from 1 April).

Have a look at your package as a whole and decide what you can do without ie; Cinema, Sport, UHD etc.

Will do. I did have a look and a few can come off but I don't think that will make a different in the price, I will have to ring them and see what they csn do to help.
