My Sky TV has gone a bit haywire today and I have now noticed that my Sky account has been closed for no apparent reason. I'm wondering if I have ignored some alert from them. I'll have to ring them tomorrow. Anyone know if they have introduced some change?

What is happening with your TV and what service do you have, Sky Q, Glass etc..
And why do you say that your account has been closed, again what do you see and where ?

I've been having a problem connecting to HMDI 3 when switching on TV. Home button not taking me into programme page. I have been trying to work around it and when I go into my Sky account it's saying it's closed.

Have you been a Sky customer in the past and cancelled before returning back a year or so later ?
