I am writing with regards to my father, who is now in palliative care & won't be leaving hospital. He closed his account in April this year & I have a confirmation letter from Sky re this. His sky box was returned & I have proof of delivery through the Post Office. He has since received a threatening letter re payment & return of goods. I have been unable to contact Sky re this as I cannot contact Sky through phone or email. How can I resolve this please?

Try saying nothing when asked anything by the bot and remain on the line.

Have you not been able to speak to Sky due to not knowing the telephone password?
