Sky VIP

Not happy with Sky at the moment.

Been with them for 27 years (Platinum member) and moved home 2 weeks ago.

Was told I couldn't switch my broadband over for which I was paying £40pm discounted!!

then found out I couldn't switch my but had to have a new installation. Came back from holiday last week and immediately ordered Sky Stream, which was installed yesterday, along with Sky fibre.

so I have missed to weeks because of a move and a holiday and now receive a note on Sky vip saying congratulations I am now a silver member as I have been with Sky less than 1 year!!!!!

Come on Sky this is not how to reward loyal customers in my book!

A comment from Sky would be most welcome

There have been a few reported instances where customers have changed subscription and their VIP status has reduced. Give Sky a call. It may require the intervention of a back office team to reapply the correct VIP level.

The change of the national network from antique copper circuits to a modern data bearer isn't being driven by any individual ISP.
