Cancellation

I cancelled my sky in January was due a refund for the broadband and also streaming service to date I have not received any refunds but had an email this morning saying a refund will be given on the broadband but no mention of the streaming services.all the equipment has been returned to you since January it has been five months and still no refunds

On your Sky bill for Sky Streaming do you see a credit on it because if you do we can get you some help to get this refunded via here.
