Sky Switch credit

Sky Switch credit we have sent an email with photo shots of our last bill our account number but we still get the same email back every time asking us to resend

That would indicate that what you're sending doesn't meet requirements. You don't mention evidence of payment, which you also need to send.

This is what you need to send:

 

You must provide a copy of the bill from your previous supplier where you have been charged and a copy of a statement showing that you have paid it
