Help with puck charge

38 pound still not lifted I returned all my equipment which was sorted with the last person on live chat. I lost the return kit so had to use mu own. But its still saying 38 pound for puck. I returned it I am trying to upgrade and this is stopping me

Are you saying you have been charged or are going to be charged £38 for a non return of the puck ?

You'll have to persevere - there's no other option.

It will be beneficial to you if you still have your proof of posting from the Post Office, tracking information or an email from Sky acknowledging the package is with the courier. 

 

Sky use Unipart to deal with returns and they are taking a number of weeks to process equipment at their warehouse.

Please don’t try to post an image of the Royal Mail tracking or postal receipt as Sky don’t allow them on the forum.
