Discussion topic: Sky Stream puck not ordered

I have not been a Sky TV customer for approx 1 year, yet this morning i received an email to say my Sky Stream Puck has been cancelled. I have never ordered one or even know what one is!

Has anyone else had this and is it a scam?

Either it was sent to you in error or it was an email from a scammer, if it said something like Dear User" to address you then it will not have been from Sky.

Thank you, they used my name showing on my account. I was just worried that someone was using my account as fraud.
